Yesterday I emailed Mr. Goodwale regarding my EE application and I got the below-mentioned reply :

Dear - I spoke to IRCC regarding your application received Jan 13, 2019. It is in Edmonton.



I have good news – the application has been approved.

You will receive notification and instructions in the coming weeks.

Medicals are valid until Dec 21/19.

Not so good news for me. Nothing has started in my case so far. Criminality in progress since March!

Eligibility and security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.
Criminality is in progress.
Medicals are valid until Sept 2019 – one dependent’s medicals are expired.

Same.. I've ordered the notes and waiting. I had doubts about my reference letter. So I submitted updated documents using the webform... Hope they consider it. I don't know if it's because of anything else but that's what the GCMS notes will explain. I hate that this process doesn't have better transparency... And if eligibility really hasn't been met, why haven't we received rejection or ADR yet!

There is no such thing as rejection. If they need more documents they will email you. Process from last year has massively slowed down so don’t worry. Call CIC and get an update too bro

Sure, as long as they can verify your credentials.. if they outright say who they are, it might not work.

IRCC on calls asks for application number, full name, dob and full address ..

Hi buddy, when life seems unfair, remember you are not alone. Raise a web query and call CIC.. ask them exactly the reason for the delay and also call for your gcms notes. Sometimes many applications are sidelined but only temporarily.. the visa officer can actually be stuck with other work. Worth finding out where your file is. Also, if they haven’t already extended your dependent’s medical, they will either email for a recheck or extend it. Do email Ralph’s office

I had received below reply from Ralph's office, I was wondering what exactly does this "Eligibility not met" indicates? My AOR Jan 10, 2019.
Eligibility was not met.
Criminality passed.
Security checks have not been initiated. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.

Don’t worry, this is a generic status and can change in a matter of hours.. eligibility is the big thing, once you clear eligibility, rest will follow soon
