Yes I have sent them reference letter from employer with job duties and responsibilities.

Got gcms notes eligibility 11.2 not met and in uploaded employment documents case processing agent has written review required and case is still open.
Also processing agent has marked job duties and responsibilities missing.

Just looking at data from Immitracker. Seems IRCC is currently finishing up applications submitted in December/November. Maybe more updates with January applicants in 30/60 days?

. Thank you for reply , after completing 6 months I emailed to Ottawa and got reply same day that file under review and needs additional verification, is this anyway related to SS? As per my notes security is not yet started, is there any section where you can get hint about SS even though security is not started?

SS is a term that is for security. everyone goes through it. It is only when CSIS is involved which makes it special security screening or intensive security screening.
If security has not started then it is not SS.

How long does the eligibility review takes.

If Case processing agent feels that the documents are not as per the standard format, he/she will mark it as RR and then the officer will clearly verify the documents and if needed will ask for an ADR/ make calls to confirm. For example, for Employment letter, he might call the employer etc.

Is it like that after ghost update you get PPR soon? My friend who is 3 days away from due date gets a ghost update in her profile. Can she expect PPR soon? Any idea in how many days?

My friend is 7 days from due date when she had a gu. She had an adr the next day. But it could be ppr too. Anyway gu is always good news. Means they are actually working on your case.
