Just receive a letter from CIC with Application number at 9:35pm Atlantic time (8:35pm Toronto Time). However, I could not access my tracking online

That is normal. From what I have read, it seems like it would take about 2 weeks for the change to appear online.

No need to send your CELPIP since they accepted your CLBPT...just keep it and take it with you when going for interview!
