Congrats everyone who got AOR!! I am waiting for my application to be returned so I can send it back again...Hopefully within this week or next so my timeline will move to Feb.

Hi! Why are they returning your application?
They might return mine too because of proof language. I sent my CLBPT. I just did CELPIP and waiting for results.

hi i was visited to india every year 2-3 months .last 4 years total 8-9 months never lived there not more than 3 months does i need to get police certificate from india?

I mistyped at a section which requires you to enter all the places you resided in the last 5 years without leaving gaps. I had to type in 2017 instead I did type 2016 which leaves a year gap in my place of residence.

If in a year you only lived for 3-4 months (which is less than 183 days) in India then you don't need a police certificate. If in last 4 years you were in India for 183 days or more in any given year then you would need a police certificate.

Yes, you need a PCC from india. That's more than 183 days in the last 4 years.

When you sent your application?

While you must have filed taxes in 3 of the past 5 years assuming IRCC received your application on or after October 11, 2017, you don't need to submit notice of assessments with your initial application.

Only if they sent you an RQ, you submit your notice of assessments.

It's possible that your application will be accepted if that's the only mistake. Another applicant from October made a similar typo, yet he got AOR.

Should you get AOR, you can correct the mistake using the webform.
