What is AOR mean? I saw everybody have that on January 2018 data sheet.

had a test on june 6, and decision made the next day but still havent received my oath letter Did they change the online status before the letter arrived or did they send you an email?

I don’t know how long I have to wait for test invitation! I applied in November, but they sent package back after one month because I forgot to sign in Online Days of Residency paper.

I resent them on January 2nd and they received on 8th. AOR received on 11th of February and In Process since 6th of May. Since then checking e-case every day, but no update. Lots of people finished their whole procedure who applied after me and they are from same province. I am from Calgary.
Is there anyone from Calgary from January 2018 group, finished the whole process????

I am eligible to apply for citizenship, but I have to move to the US for a job at the same time. I am wondering if CIC will consider my application if I move outside Canada after submitting citizenship application. Is it going to effect processing of my case?

You're qualified for citizenship so go ahead and apply.
Just apply and make sure you give an address in Canada for correspondence. You'll need to come/appear for the citizenship test and the oath.
Don't miss those.
Since you have not started the US job, don't mention it to them. Mention Canadian stuff only and apply

We have almost the same timeline except that I have In Process status from March 28 (almost 3 months now) from Calgary as well.. There's a thread "Jan 2018 Calgary applicants" and no one is updating... I'm assuming nobody has arrived at oath taking yet.. Calgary office is very slow... but... I saw on the 2017 spreadsheets that there's more than half of applicants who applied December 2017 who are still waiting for test invites as well.. I guess they need to clear the back log first from previous month before it'll be our turn...

I have a planned trip in November. I haven't been out of the country and visit my family since I came here and I badly need Canadian passport.. just hoping for the best here.

Milton ON residents - Any status change in ECAS from In-Process ? Also i am planning for vacation in September and planning to come back during the year end. When is the best time to inform the CIC agents to hold the process till we come back ? Thanks

No update so far on my application and my processing office is Hamilton. I would suggest you can inform them once you are there for your test invite which should be hopefully before September.

There are cases like my own one where I reported certain important changes via webform and it did help me get my status in process as well as getting test invitation. Now waiting for oath invitation.
I had quit my job due to medical condition and provided all my details and HR manager contact details which they verified and I got In process status. This was reported after getting AOR.
Next just reported via webform that I have done FP and send a query whether they have received it and they answered promptly and within a month got test invite after doing FP.
So you can take a chance that you have travel plans in Sept BUT here you need to send across by webform your booking confirmation and upload your itinerary and if lucky your case manager could atleast schedule a test invite before Sept.

Did you attach any document when you enquired about FP?
