Hi i got ITA today. What is the next step? where can i find the document checklist? And when i continue my application then it asks to pay fees. What is the right time to pay fees.?

Prior to document check list after ITA you need to finalize your profile once that is done you will get the documents check list to upload. AOR means Acknowledgement of Receipt that is a message you receive after you submit your scanned documents and pay your fees.
Kindly ask you to check post-ITA threads. Good luck

When you complete the history details such as mailing history, travel history, employment, etc. Do I need to put it in chronological order? Nothing on the website requires chronological order, but just want to make sure.

Login to your my CIC account. Once you complete the initial forms (which are a slightly detailed version of the questionnaire you filled while creating your EE profile), you will see a "Continue" button. Click that and you will see a personalized list of documents you need to submit with your application.
