They seem to have forgotten january applicants
I raised a CSE after I passed the 6 month mark and of course I got a canned response yesterday which was 3 weeks after I sent the CSE.

FYI, it took more than 3 weeks for IRCC to respond to my CSE. The response came one week after I got PPR.
Seem generic. Here is the response:

yes. I submitted application on Jan 12, sent CSE request on July 13, and two weeks later got PPR. IRCC replied on Aug 6.

Dear FT,
Thank you for your response. Really happy to hear about your PPR.
This is injustice actually that we donot know in which stage or spot our application is present with them, but we can only predict.
When we ask through CSE, they respond us after 3-4 weeks or sometimes even there is no response.
When we ask for notes, they are provided after 40 days.
This is really frustrating for all of us. But I hope that one day these issues will be sorted out and improvement will be made on the entire process.

Sooner or later it will arrive, but the only issue is waiting. That is really hurting and frustrating.
