Hi all, I submitted my documents for verification by end Jan 18. I am trying to log into my account but I get an error message "user name and password is missing, invalid or incomplete". I have sent emails around 3 times through technical difficulty but have still not received any update. I'm facing this problem since February 18. Can someone please assist me with this

I tried to reset the password, but it gives the same error "user name is missing, invalid or incomplete". Even when I called IRCC they asked me to go via online portal".

I'm a newbie here and getting more tensed with each day passing. Can someone share an approx percentage of how many jan applications have received their PPR and how many are pending? I have not received any update post 27 Feb and my AOR is 31 Jan.

So many Jan aors are still pending. To use the tracker, go to the immitracker, add your details accordingly and save.

I'm not sure, I sent an email enquiring about the same but did not get a definite answer.
I'm FSW-O, Indian
Could be New Delhi or Ottawa, but that's just an assumption.
I dont really understand how CIC processes applicants, I saw couple of Mar/April FSW-O guys getting their PPR on Immitracker even though Dec/Jan are still waiting. Just to be clear, nothing against the people who got their PPRs, huge congrats to them. But CIC should have a systematic process and clear Dec/Jan applicants first. Or at least give a clear picture on where exactly our applications are, we just rely on our so called "IP1", "IP2" phases which is kind of delusional coz it is not giving us any clarity on the progress of our application.
