Hi All
I received my gcms notes and the eligibility is under review. I've typed most part of the note where it says review required. Is there something to be worried about? I worked for a top investment bank and they do not provide a detailed job duty letter to any employee and no colleague could either help me with the same. That's where they've raised an issue. The note is dated 9th March 2018 and my AOR is 7th feb 2018

dont freak out about it, they will reach out to you again if they need additional documents. Did you provide employer contact information in your application?
I think it would help if you clarify these to the CIC
Job duties matching NOC: Self declaration helps but if you can get an affidavit from a colleague or two or/and a client that also attests to those job duties (attach their business cards), it would allow them to verify and be a big help.
Education credentials not consistent with job: A letter from a supervisor attesting to your ability to do the job listed in the NOC will also be required here as the CIC thinks your education credentials are not sufficient for the job. There has to be some other evidence to ensure you were able to do the job despite lacking the requisite education credentials. Someone in authority saying you were able to do it would help.
