Same for me. I am in IP2 since Feb. 27. Scores and other information is blank. Only date of submission is mentioned

So looks like there was no changes in any profile post the server maintenance. There goes my week long patient wait

How to know which Visa office is handling application? Do we have to send email to CIC? Not sure if they will reply on this as normal processing time is 6 months as they say. Any guidance?

what does your CIC profile say? are you in IP2?

yes correct, it is in IP2. And documents changed to ADNR a couple of days before IP2 glitch day (27th feb)

I think server maintenance was just to improve the efficiency and to deal with the data load effectively and PPR isnt like an automated message sent to the applicant.
