Simply my last boss offer me to send a resume to a person in Canada. I have been talking with this person about the opportunity and we have engage the discussion. That's it. I know i am really lucky on that one. It will offer me the first Canadian experience.

I guess he doesn't need LMIA, he just got offer assuming he will get PR in sometime. There are people who have done that and once you get PR, you land in Canada and join them. It is understanding between employer and candidate.But then how will you manage the LMIA? And LMIA these days go through a lot of scrutiny.
