BG- we are processing your background verification.

- why is my medical exam still in review but BG moved to Ip2? Is this abnormal?
- How long does an application sit in Ip2? It has been almost 3 weeks but no updates.

Relax buddy, there are folks who got PPR while in IP1 status!
Ottawa office is clearing december files altogether! So by end of this month sure you can monitor Jan AOR applicants getting PPR. I am myself Jan AOR FSW applicant. I know it is difficult to cope up with but a bit more patience and we win the race

At this point people have been in Ip2 for almost 2 months! It doesn't hold anymore significance as it was earlier. Rest assured you are in IP2 and BG is in progress! Hope you get PPR soon

I am in the same boat with similar date. I have a friend who submitted FBI PCC and he got his PPR within 35 days after the deadline (the 60 days deadline i am talking about).

You are in IP2 stage of BG verification, last step before PRR! Just hold on like us, you are very near.

I am in the same boat. My AOR is Jan 2, and it still says that I am in IP1. But there are several cases where the application status directly jumped to approved from IP1. You need not worry, and be assured the app is not collecting dust....we should see some positive signs pretty soon!!
