I just checked my status and finally saw this:

"We sent you a notice on May 1, 2017 to appear and write the citizenship test on May 15, 2017 at 12:45 PM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us."

I am Franky in Jan database from Toronto. Hopefully from the letter I will know where my file was moved.

I got my test invite. I know that at the citizenship interview the officer checks passport stamps. Unfortunately my 2 passport stamps are missing for my entry to Canada. Both trips were to United States. Please help. What should I do ? Thank you what documents should I take ?

take i -94 print online show it to them - if u travel by road to usa.

otherwise need not worry . explain them they wil verify anyway before giving DM..

I just recently applied for my citizenship been here for more than 12 year finally I got to apply for it. Anyways here is my time line
Applied: January 29,2017
Rceived emailed:February 9,2017 for UCI reference
Invite test: April 11, 2017
Taken Scarborough office
I passed
Officer told me with in 2 weeks I will receive mail for my oath till now I don't get it yet.

What all documents do people take to their citizenship interview besides original docs. I have heard people are asked to show their company id etc. Have you guys taken pay stubs etc. ?
Also I m missing some passport stamps. Will I get CIT0520 then ?

You dont need to worry about anything. I had the same issue where on two of my arrivals into Canada my passport was not stamped. I asked the interviewer why that might be and he said that sometimes customs officers dont stamp them but its not an issue. In terms of documents take with you all the documents you submitted in your application.

I guess I need to wait couple more weeks b4 I'll expect mine.

I just done adding you in our SS January timeline. Don't worry your not alone. In my case I took my test Mar 27, 2017 till now I haven't receive my Oath letter but patiently waiting though. I just hope it'll come before our out of town vacation which is on May 19-23 and July 1-10.

Back in Mar 27, 2017 during my interview I had brought all my original document even my Diploma that was laminated in a wood. That's my mom's idea all of our school docs was laminated. Anyways during my interview the Immig. officer just ask to show my original PR card, health card and passport that's all. But to relieve your worries follow your instinct you can bring all your orig. docs. Best of luck...

Hi 0Jenifer0, after you showed your PR cards, did officer took them from you or you still keep your cards with you?

I didn't have one stamp from my trip to Mexico. The officer had a list of all my trips from the online calculator I had submitted. He realized right away one was missing but he didn't say anything. I got my oath invitation letter 2 weeks later.
I didn't have any extra documents with me, just originals they had requested.

Question: When CIC sends an Oath Letter, will that information be updated in eCAS? My application status shows Decision Made since March 28, have not received any Oath letter and the details page still only shows information about the test date / letter.

even my wife's eCAS only shows 4 lines until Test date notification.

waiting for oath, its a month since test date and decision made.

hopefully oath comes quickly to put an end to this process.
