I will call them to check what should be done here.

They will fix the name in their system "hopefully" before their next communication to us.
Sine he is 10 years old, then next communication will be the Oath invitation!

Who must go
Adults and children aged 14 or over must go to the citizenship ceremony and take the oath.

Parents will get certificates of citizenship for their children under age 14. Children under age 14 do not have to go, but they are welcome to do so.

Hello all - well last second today I received my confirmation letter - receipt of my application for proof of citizenship, sent from the Nova Scotia office. I'm relieved! Of course, now the system won't accept either the username or password I set up, so I've been blocked for 24 hours from checking the status of my application. Oh well!

Can I be added to that citizenship application spreadsheet?

Congrats. I don't mind you adding yourself to the spreadsheet but your case is different than everyone else. everyone here is applying for citizenship, i.e. applying to be naturalized. You were already a citizen. So the steps for you are different; and the process much shorter.
