It's depends case to case. 15 days to maximum 3 month case delay.

For my case, they needed another document. So it was delayed for another month.

I can see that people who get fingerprints move faster after it is done. At least we know the our file is moving better than the silence for months

that is because you got your AOR and IP before me, i have quite a bit more time in processing days than you do.

your total processing time is 50 days and mine is 63 days. IRCC still looked at your application before me though. Also, my office is Calgary, it is supposed to be faster than your office- Toronto. Look at the spreadsheet, the applicants from Calgary who applied around my time have all got test invite.
