We got an ECAS update noting that our application is in process and another line showing that they sent correspondence for a request that we think is for finger prints. Does anyone else have the same situation?

Has anybody had any update to ECAS beyond "We started processing your application on X"?

Speaking to someone here at work they used to add a line starting when they transferred your file to the local visa office, but our ECAS has been stuck on "We started processing your application" for over a month now.

My status shows the same on Ecas as well. Since Feb 21 in IP.

Hello all I'm a January Applicant.

Application received January 11, 2016
They start processing February 14, 2016
Received an "email" with the link to study the book march 08, 2016
Recieved a mail to take the test on march 23, 2016 at 1:15p
Pass the test.
Received a mail April 01 2016 thinking it was for the ceremony but it request fingerprint from RCMP electronically.
Going and get it done asap.

ECAS Updated "We sent you a notice on April 5, 2016 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on April 29, 2016 at 1:30 PM."

To the next step, Got an invitation for Citizenship exam on June 9, 2016 .

Preparing for it..very hard to remember important dates n history of Canada. But it is interesting.
