n what stage of your application you are? Did you receive sponsorship approval yet? What is your visa office?
It is normal that the waiting time is long after sponsorship approval. Its taking average of 8-10 months after sponsorship approval depending on visa office

My timeline is here
Applicant received in Mississauga on Jan 2014
AOR received Feb 2014
Sponsorship approved Mar 2014
File transfered to London visa office on Mar 2014

Now my ecas says
Application received on Jan 2014
Medical received :(

The London VO processing time for 80% of applications is 11 months according to CIC. Unfortunately, looks like there is no dedicated thread for that office on this forum hence no VO spreadsheet.
Your ecas will not show anything new after "medical received" before they start looking at your application in London.
There is other London applicants on this thread so you can get in touch and share information with them. Look at the spreadsheet, link in my signature, to know who is London applicant.

The London thread you can find here: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/thread-for-outland-london-uk-applications-t49436.0.html

There's also a nice spreadsheet calculating average processing times of all applications. At the moment the median of 2013 is closer to 7 months, but not all application have been processed. Some have been lucky to get theirs in 2-3 months (there's already a late January Quebec applicant who got COPR in May!), but it seems that these are some cherry picked ones and perhaps a way for London VO to make the average seem shorter, who knows.

Unfortunately, the London VO has slowed down this year, probably because of some applications from Islamabad have been transfered to London for processing. Someone on the thread was estimating, that the average processing time will fall at least to 8.

Good luck with your application Angel28, let's hope London processes us faster too! I'm also a London applicant.

So the search feature of the forum is not working very well because I didn't find the thread using it.

Actually I'm Pakistani but my file has transferred to London.
I don't know 80% processing time apply on my case or not? I'm confused about my case ::)

Thanks a lot Anabella
I pray for all of you :)

Awesome! I was looking at Manila's spreadsheet last week and they were beginning processing November. This is looking great as there is less applicants in the following months. Looks like they're done with typhoon victims.
My wife is dying of waiting I am really looking forward to bring her some good news because she feels like our application is stuck. She is not working and the days are long.

What do you mean? If you talk about the median, I was refering to the one in the London VO spreadsheet. It was somewhat less than 7, while the medium is almost nearly 6. Though there are the 1-3 months cherry picked applications which make the medium lower than it realistically probably should be.

I heard something abt 1-3 months having to do with some British expat thing, so I wouldn't hope to get the luck of the draw.
