Wow that is great to hear mrsjamie...definitely hope it's a sign of good things to come out of Manila! Seems like many July 2013 Manila applicants are getting their PPR's now. After Aug-to-Oct the number of applicants (at least those who are showing up on here) seems to diminish so maybe that will help too. I'm curious too though if you were expedited because you're from the hurricane disaster area?
