I think sometimes they send the sponsorship approval by regular mail so it can take longer.

No, I got my AOR on Feb 4th.

Congrats! I just got a few questions: Do you know when your application was received according to the mail tracking originally? For now I updated on the spreadsheet that it's 31-Dec-2013. Second questions, so if I understand your signature correctly, you got your AOR 1 Feb and SA 4 Feb? Just correct me if I'm wrong and I'll correct it to the spreadsheet

Thanks, yes that is correct. I'm not so good with these terms.

You have a point. I just checked ecas - the sponsor part doesn't show anything but applicant's part now includes "medical results have been received". That wasn't there yesterday. Does this mean anything?

Usually, the next stage is to receive AOR of the second stage from your visa office. Good luck
