Hello everybody
I test date is 1st dec . I am nervous
about interview. Can anybody tell
How long will be interview and what
Documents I should take with me ??I
Need to take my school certificates or not???
What is CBSA???
Waiting for reply .... Thnx

Hi aman123, dont be nervous at alllll! It is a very straightforward process. I had my CBSA and offered to the officer and she did not even want to see it. They mainly need to check your passport stamps, a proof that you are working/studying, .... basically showing that you have a purpose and a plan to stay in Canada... the test itself is very easy too, so if you have studied for it, you will be fine :)
good luck

Is it common??? Will she grant me citizenship??
Is somebody also have the same condition??

Hard to say without knowing more about your situation. Was your divorce a local one or was it with someone from outside the country? Do you have children with your ex-wife? etc etc. Hard for anyone on this forum to give you feedback without knowing more.

is anybody still left from jan-2014, who did not get test invite so far??

I applied on 16-jan-2014 and processing started on 11-mar. Gor RQ on 26-may-2014, send back RQ on 9-june-2014

When I applied for citizenship, I used an electronic (unofficial) transcript from the university's online student management system as proof of student status. The document was rejected on May 27, 2014, and I then used an official transcript (paying $10 for it) and photocopying it and then mailing it to Sydney, NS.

Thanks for sharing the information, i am preparing my citizenship app and for some reason i just asumed that CIC won't accept unofficial Transcript, so i applied for an official transcript in a sealed envelope and now after reading your post its confirmed that i picked right option otherwise i was thinking of sending an unofficial transcript.

Both are wrong. You neither send the online printout nor the official transcripts that is sealed by the school. You send them a photocopy of the official transcript. When photocopied most transcripts show the word "COPY" in the background.

:(. Very frustrating isn't it? I applied in March, still no test date. You applied two months before me, and still waiting. I hope they get to yours soon and then mine shortly after that. Vancouver office here

Hi everybody
My pr card will expire in march.. So I
Will apply to renew it .. I want to know
With my application have I need to send
my pr card or copy of pr card????
Waiting for reply....

Not sure if my husband's application fits January Applicant though.
Here it goes...

Application from Surrey, BC

Oct/B/2013 => Sent application
Oct/E/2013 => Request more info
Nov/B/2013 => Sent requested info
Jan/28/2014 => Online Status Shows Start Processing
Feb/B/2014 => Receive Letter and Study Book

Not hear anything since then.

Called centre and talked to agent on Feb/B/2015 and the agent said official processing time should be 2 years so needs to just wait.

Frustrated !! :o
