Hi All,

All the best to all the 2013 applicants, as far as the NOC list goes, I presume that for 2013 CIC should stick to sklls 0, A and B. I presume a senior software engineer could be eligible under NOC 2173 software engineer. Please pardon me if I am wrong.

I just had a few queries:
1) Does anyone have any information on the education assessment by a dedicated organization. Although this was proposed by Kenny, is this going to be implemented?

2) For work experience letters, both my previous companies are not willing to provide a letter with the roles and responsibilities. For the other requiremnts( designation, tenure, remuneration and work hours) I have supporting copies on the company letterhead. Would it do if I can provide a email by my manager for the roles and resposibilities.

Please suggest.

May be this could help.

2173 - computer software engineer,telecommunications software engineer
2172 - data processing specialist
2175 - web developer

Please confirm

Hi,
I am pharmacist and my husband is civil engineer,we would like to apply for immigration to Canada in 2013.
But we don't know is there civil engineer in NOC for 2013?
Help me!

Unfortunately, we don't have crystal balls to predict future. Be patient and wait for may 2013 to see if any of occupations you mentioned will be in quota system for FSW

@sandricak1981

Civil engineer is in list of NOC 2011. NOC CODE FOR Civil Engineer is 2131.

I checked from Canada Immigration consultant /lawyer( living in canada) he told me NOC LIST 2011 will be likely same.
But they are going to put CAP on each Profession.

for example 1000 applications for x y z profession for year 2013 after that no application will be entertain.

i hope above info will help.
