You mean that if you use the application number + input your husband's personal info (surname, DOB, place of birth), then you can't login? Whereas if you put the application number + input YOUR personal info, then you can login?amikety said:Maybe you can call the Call Centre? Sometimes, I think CIC gets a kick out of screwing with us..........
If I were to call the call centre, how would they possibly try to help me though? I guess they'd probably ask my name, and try to find my package (which can potentially still be buried amongst thousands of others?) I was thinking the receipt number might work, but then the receipt is inside the package, so they wouldn't be able to identify my package from the outside, using the receipt number... =/
