Did CIC tell you it's wrong? I wrote N/A too. N/A means "Not Applicable" which is the same meaning in essence as 'none.' I don't see how this would effect anything unless it's red tape.fandv said:Hi guys...
We just mailed our application last week, and now we've found out that we did IMM 5669 wrongly! I wrote a thread about it here:
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/na-on-imm5669-q91011-instead-of-none-what-to-do-now-t133542.0.html
Basically for questions 9, 10, 11, we found out out that we should've answered "NONE" instead of "N/A" (geez what's wrong to say N/A...!) Another user named CanadaNow mentioned that his wife had to resubmit the form because of this very issue...
Now my wife and I are really anxious to redo IMM 5669 and resubmit it.
Considering that it's still early (our package reached CPC-M on 30 January 2013 and we haven't even got an AOR yet), should we just mail the new IMM 5669 to CPC-M with express mail then? The CIC probably gets hundreds of packages daily, and we are worried if the new IMM 5669 will get lost in the mountain of packages they get daily!
And how about this: once CPC-M has given us our UCI number, it doesn't necessarily mean that they have transferred our package to Singapore right?
If we sent the redone IMM 5669 (along with the UCI number) to the Singapore office and it turned out that CPC-M hadn't transferred our stuff to Singapore, wouldn't that be such a huge issue? Then the officer in the Singapore office would have nothing to match the new IMM 5669 to...
I did fill one form out wrong (Scheule A, I marked check "NO" for any rejected visa - I have a rejected study visa). I'm going to email the VO and mail a new form after it gets transferred.
