if before medical DECISION IS MADE is written on ecas..unfortunately it means ur application is not approved..that y i said you to refer to the email which CIC sent u...it will clear all of ur doubts..

hello seniors... some help plsss... I have my previous application last Sept 2007 and received a AOR last Feb 2008 and got my File number.
Last Jan 2012 I applied again under FSW NOC 7241 Electrician. But when I checked this morning my 2007 application, I saw another line for my second application the Jan 2012 and it stated the following:

We received your application for permanent residence on January 19, 2012.

We started processing your application on March 1, 2012.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.


what is the meaning of this??? I also checked status of my DD with my bank here in Philippines and they said it was encashed last Feb 20, 2012. PLs help some seniors...

What does your ecas show in process or decision made...

DECISION MADE... I AM NOT EXPECTING THIS STATUS... COZ WHAT I KNOW IS THAT AFTER DD ENCASHMENT. THE NEXT STEP FOR CIO IS FOR ELIGIBILITY REVIEW. AND IF UNSUCCESSFUL MY STATUS WILL BE "CIO ELIGIBILITY REVIEW COMPLETE" = MEANING NER. BUT WHY DECISION MADE?????

Did you receive PER or NER e-mail before?! To be frank, decision made before medical request is not a good sign dear!
