for NOC 7216 i have provided JOB duties as i have applied in that NOC. But to get additional points to get complt 4 years exp i have also attached all docs of PM (NOC 0131) also like appointment letter, Apprisal letter, increment letter and exp letter also. but they required JOB duties of PM also.

you got NOC X related work experience for min 1 year , u r eligible to apply ONLY under NOC X.
you got NOC Y related work experience for min 1 year, u r eligible to apply ONLY under NOC Y.

you got NOC X Y Z or more work experience for min of 1 year u r eligible to apply under FSW. BUT point will be awarded for ONLY ONE NOC experience. like u applied for NOC X... so U will ONLY be given NOC X work experience point whether u qualify or not.
you cant mix different NOC to make up 4 yrs to get qualifying points to apply under one NOC.

But from some other thread I come to knw that they neither send Original Docs back in case of NER nor fees...... So they keep original with them and I can reapply with xerox copy of IELTS.

According to EG7, page 53:

"If your application does not qualify for processing under the Ministerial Instructions you will be sent a letter that:
 provides the reason why your application is not eligible for processing
 confirms that a refund for the processing fee will be issued"

Therefore if you are declined at this stage, you will get a refund, but not your documents. Your NER-mail should mention something regarding your payment.

Application for permanent residence: Federal skilled worker class (IMM 7000):
1-You must have at least one year of full-time, paid work experience or the equivalent in part-time employment. ( I think this applies to the main NOC)
2-Your work experience must be in an occupation of Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B of the Canadian National Occupation Classification (NOC). See below for instructions on determining the NOC category for your work experience. (I think this applies to your other work experiences rather than the main NOC)
3-You must have had this experience within the last 10 years. ( I'm sure this applies to all your work experiences)

I think the only problem about dear DD2211 work experience is that he/she did not provide main duties in the second NOC letter.

DD please discuss about this matter wid a good canadian consultant before u apply again and u got fair chance as ur cap is well vacant. Why r u worrying about ur IELTS and application back!! just go to ur local british council or wings and order a new copy of IELTS, they may take 1 week maximum and charge u a little amount. its always better to attach ur original ielts. one can claim points for other type of work exp but it should ne in skill type 0,A,B

I got NRE saying that there is not enough points because"No points were assigned for your work experience with Downtowner Inn Toronto, as main duties were not provided in the employer letter."

what do u guys suggest should i applly fresh with another application cause my NOC Physiotherapist is still open and even last year it did not fill up. will iget the points for 11 months experience or i should wait one more month to get it.

Unless you will be able to get sponsored by the Downtowner Inn Toronto, I think you should re-apply asap because as of today the total cap has reached 8817, leaving a little bit more than 1000 available spots for applications. (Max accepted applications for Canada is 10 000 each year.)

Yes if ur other NOC is in skill type 0,A,B

Hi Rajesh, what Soomro786 says is right...you just have to complete one more month at Downtowner Inn to qualify for points in that NOC.....Just do that and re submit ur application asap.

Should i wait for one more month or i can apply now cause when the application reach for processing its going to be one more month and my employer is signing a letter that i am working for him and will give me a permenant job once i get my pr?

Yes Rajesh....To get points for that NOC ...complete one full year of employment and apply...its as simple as that for u...no complications as other applicants have had
