Hello dear Members,
My husband's online status chaged on 13th August From "In process" To "Decision Made" :)
I hope It's a Positive Decision made..

Thanks to all :)

Thanks Amoss, I posted my timeline as you can see when did I apply and stuff :)

Congratulations on your DMs, guys. Mine is still stuck on Application Received!

Hello Friends...Hope everyone is doing okay. Wish you guys a VISA soon...

CONGRATULATIONS!!! This is exciting news for you! What office was your visa office if I may ask? It seems like some people are getting emails versus some are getting physical mail. Congrats again!!!

The visa office was Los Angeles... I was never able to figure this out before, when we sent an email to cic before they noted it was being processed by ottawa...

I was worried things would have been slower with Buffalo closing, but perhaps they have sped up processing...?

Are there any applicants dealing with Paris LVO, can share their timeline if any.
So far we can't see many dealing with Paris, hard to assess realtime processing times for Paris.

Thanks and good luck.

missmini!! I have been wondering where you were!! Glad to see you are in good spirits :) and thanks so much for the congrats. Your support and advice on here has sincerely meant a lot to me ;)

It is too bad you haven't heard anything yet, but I can tell that you are able to ride the wave a bit and have some patience. It is definitely a trying experience to go through. Traveling for Ramadan must have been nice too. It's important to get away from time to time! Feels like forever since I took a break, and it's been hard for me! ??? Anyway, We've been lucky this summer that it hasn't been unbearably hot, but it's still in the unpleasant zone.

My support is still with you and I remain interested in all your updates!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

thank u ladies :) glad that u still stick around :)
to travel during the summer and especially during Ramadan is almost a must for us (it's more like escaping); the night atmosphere is nice and it's really special time for all the Muslims and yeah i do miss the date season (i mean the fruits :P ) and the nice food our friends prepare but for us Christians is very hard especially for me since i'm new in that world; i always need to b careful; i hope by next Ramadan we wil b in Canada and don't need to worry where to escape anymore ;D
as for unbearable temperature in dubai nowadays is like 51 (celsius) super humid, living hell; so yeah there's no words to describe if u r not used; the good is that inside there's always ac (but they make it too cold)
aaa and actually we did get an email from the VO around 6 weeks ago, i was surprised that they reply to my email with file updates; i'm sure they have lots and lots of work (they said they still work on files received last summer) (it's small office and new) and our time will come sooner or later by next summer i hope!!!!

byeeeeee :)
