For sure.
First step fill out IMM 5563. Person requesting must have Canadian address.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/form-imm5563.asp

Because I am the sponsor and my husband lives in the states, I had to also fill out IMM 5475.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/release-info.asp

Then pay the $5 fee online and include the receipt.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp

Lastly you and your spouse will date and sign all pages, scan it and email it to

ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca

I received an automatic reply very shortly after sending it, so I'm glad we went that route vs maling.

At this stage I think it's worth it for us to order them...

Good luck.

Why are you ordering the notes? I am curious since it has only been 3 months since your file transferred. Do you think there is a problem? Is it because of the Buffalo office closing? One last question sorry, does ecas say In Process for PR?

Please check following link, It has a detailed info on how to obtain police certificate from Singapore

Thanks

ive check it already but why do we still need to get COC from immigration officer? it takes time for them because they have to review the documents before sending the COC, and we cannot process the PC unless we have COC?

Why not order them?

I know it has only been three months but if we are entitled to order im curious to see what stage they might be at. For $5 it will satisfy my curiosity, nothing more :)

Our ecas does say in process yes.

Honestly I'm doing it for the fun of it more than the fear of something being wrong. We have a very straight forward case.

Oh ok! :) Maybe I'll have my parents order them a bit later.

I read somewhere, the request wont be communicated to VO....... Still i am not sure, it wont delay the process... U have any idea?

No I don't think it will delay anything,,,it's just away to provide feedback on the VO's notes up until now.
