u see if they were to return the package it would have been done already like in Mez case....by the way congrats Mez and Xavier and anyone i forgot

for those interested saturday we mailed the CSQ application, it's on its way...we'll keep u updated

thanks missmini for your help and stress relieving replies and im trying my best to stay strong but its really impossible
its already may and still nothing from CIC my mom is in canada with a broken leg and needs both of us there to help, but we cant go for at least a few more months. if immigration minister is unable to handle immigration processes, he should resign i think. we need to stay together for our own health and work together in dealing with this application (if any problems come up like documents and interview, and preparing more evidence to send).

I believe its because I sent 250+ pics, so just a general discussion to see what number of pics have everyone from January sent to CIC.

Hi Kiwinijjar, No travel History at All..
We submitted 250 after marriage photos, no call records or email records, We mentioned that all communication was via skype.
And those 250 photos had 60 or so pics from Ring ceremony and marriage, rest were all the photos of time spent together, we attended many functions together, like two marriages, one ring ceremony function, visit to various places, parks, home pics.

i submitted about 100 pics. we had over 500 people at the wedding. i do have phone records, email and facebook records ready to go if they request more info. i should have submitted more pics. we had printed out 300 but our immigration lawyer only allowed us to attach 100. bigmistake !

What should I say about your lawyer,, they are of no use,, Whats the point of not sending the pics you had..
you got 300 printed, but sent 100.. Yes, not good, But dont worry, Everything will go fine with god grace.

But the thing is , when you send application, attach maximum proof.. Even you had call records, and email and FB records, which act as proof and PROOF IS ALL WHAT CIC WANTS. More the proof,, faster the file processing and lesser the chances of interview..

Anyways,, 100 is also not bad,, so wish you get your VISA fast..

and lets see what amount of pics others have sent.

i tend to agree with u and people shouldn't compare so close their proofs cuz each situation is different...also there's need to b a balance between quantity and quality....like maybe from 300 pictures if u can select 100 or less which will emphasize the important events and the length of the relationship than u r good to go it's true that we also sent lots of pictures but for the rest of the proofs - phone bills, emails, sms we made a selection....at the end we didn't even include some proofs since they were showing the same as the rest and i didn't want it to become redundant....also for the marriage reception i think a few pics r fine, at the end they all emphasize the same event....but again each culture, custom, tradition name it as u like is different, each vo could and r looking at different things and analize in different way....

we have send approx 150 pics of wedding well tagged along with dates and different trips to different countries after wedding so let's see what they do now lol
