(before the files used to go to damascus that's why they stayed on the same thread)
i saw ur messages on Jan thread and don't worry it's normal not to have any news; many embassies (especially in ME) don't tell u when they received ur file; u might not know anything until the visa is ready
also ecas is not that reliable; lastly there's no point to compare urself with people who apply through other embassies, other region in the world, cuz each one is different so u'll get more confused;
