No Mef, I havent, see my timeline in my signature.
We January senders wont get it before 2 months at least, this is what the trend says, we might get it earlier depends on how many applications CIO is dealing nowadays.
do post here if you get an AOR from CIO.

It takes an average of 2 months before you will receive the AOR..
Just prepare the required documents while waiting.

By the way i am applying to QUEBEC, it's slightly different than Federal, we - Quebec Applicants - have to send all documents from the begining as long we are able to understand and speack the French language, our evaluation is online and if ok, we proceed and send all documents along with application and fees.

Received by 25 January 2010 to Damascus office............. i heard it's much faster and easier...

I have already inquired from Damascus office about the time we can expect to receive our AOR in QSW framework.

here below is the reply i received:

"Quote"
Nous ouvrons actuellement les dossiers reçu le 31 décembre 2009.
Veuillez nous contacter à la mi-avril si vous n'avez toujours pas reçu
par la poste le numéro de votre dossier et votre accusé de réception.
"Unquote"

means still they are processing on file received until 31 Dec 09 and January applications can expect their AOR til Mid of April

I received the letter which was stamped by the Canadian Embassy in Tehran Mef.

I have great news for every one, Finaly we got our Medical Forms few days ago dated 16.08.2011, we have finished medical yesterday 11.09.2011

The Doctor advised that medical documents will be sent to Quebec on 15.09.2011
