Hi , please urgent reply , i applied for my Visa from India in October and on 18th November i received an update on my GC which stated my medical results are cleared , They are reviewing my background , Approximately what do you guys think how much more time will it take for their final decision??

Processing times are generally around 4 months so very hard to say if you'll have a visa in time for a January start. You might or you may have to defer.

So have you started eligibility review. Expect a decision 12-14 weeks from submission.
