Right?! No offense but they should make the previous applications priority first.why are they being processed faster?

I don't agree with that, backlogs and new applications should be processed separately, otherwise, nobody would be able to meet their intake deadlines.
Well it would be great if they actually manage to do that. Managing the backlog, and new applications. But they have got to be quick with both the updates tho.
I don't believe the applications progressed in this priority. There is no limit to guesses and assumptions. So please be confident. By the way mine also in the serial of S3036XXXXX 
Do you see any relevance between S3036 and intake? maybe May intakes will be processed faster being S3036, Aug/Sept later?
mine is Sep intake and in the series S3036 too so I don't think that's the case.
In your timeline your biometric update is showing Mar 19 while you gave biometrics in Feb, was there a problem with the biometrics. And application submission is treated complete only after biometrics update so maybe that was the reason yours got delayed. Hopefully it will move forward this week only
Everything is so damn random so you can’t assume anything unless ircc tweets anything related to it. Let’s hope they clear backlog by next month!
Its not just when someone applied, also matters what intake it is. If someone applied in Dec 2020 for Sep 2021 intake and want application to be processed faster why though? first would be Jan, May, July, Aug then Sep
