Jan 2021 program pgwp eligibility

my dli is on the list, my program will start in Jan 2021 and lasts 8 months, just applied study permit. the entire study has been shifted to live online due to covid. I want to know the eligibility for pgwp regarding my specific case. many thx in advance!

You may study online from abroad until April 30, 2021, with no time deducted from the length of a future PGWP, provided 50% of your program of study is eventually completed in Canada.
 
My case is I got the SP and my DLI is on list ,but school announce keep online in jan 2021 intake (the length of my course just eight months )
,due to my personal reason ,can I attend my whole online course in my own country (not in Canada ) , will this effect the length of PGWP after graduation ?many thanks for all of your kindly reply.

For 50% u should be present physically in Canada and rest depends on college which is offering online course due to Covid reason only

It won't affect your PGWP eligibility to study online until April 30, 2021 as stated in my first reply, quoting from the IRCC website.

Why I want to clarify this because in ircc website ,I can’t see how to arrange the course if starting jan 2021. Anyway thanks !
