March 2021 received application in Edmonton paper based
January 2022 request Biometrics for the whole family at the same time received application number
February 10, 2022 done biometrics
June 2022, linked gckey
After that no update, only still on progress, they are checking my eligibility... written on my linked account

Everyone with no officer name (CPC Edmonton address only)
Have same type of update
No one got additional document request.

I don't know exactly but I red somewhere if officer need additional document than they send email with there name.

The officer name only appears, if They ask for additional documents. Otherwise, you will never know.
