It depends on files rush in embessy but average time is 30-35 dayss.

How to check processing time for study permit application by country:

*what are you applying for: select "temporary residence (visiting, studying...)"

*which temporary residence application: select "study permit"

*where are you applying from: choose your country

If you can show in your SOP that your intended program in Canada is related to your previous study or current work experience, then it won’t be a problem.
