i am in Toronto .. i applied on jan 2019 , already done the test in scarorough on oct 2019..now it's been more than 4months for ceremony . my online status says decision made but still no invitation!. calling costumer service was not helpful. has anyone experienced or experiencing the same situation , When to expect oath ceremony? please share. thanks

There is no "maximum waiting time" really.
It happens. Unlucky but not uncommon.
There's a high change it arrives soon... Good luck !

Decision Made is the second most important information you can get, and a prerequisite to the most important, which is notice for the scheduled oath. You are there.

As @Seym commented, good chance notice for the oath will be coming fairly soon . . . noting, however, it is also true that there is no fixed or even regular timeline.

But Decision Made means the deal is all but done . . . just don't get arrested for a DUI celebrating or pushed into a fight or doing anything that could trigger an arrest before you take the oath. Once there is a Decision Made, with rare exception you will be taking the oath . . . only an arrest or failing to show for the oath could block the way now.
