Medicals don't impact the decision. Unless you have a very complicated medical issues. From my understanding its all based on course and the marks and banks statements and of course your statement.

Hi,
I applied from dhaka vfs. Applied at the last week of october. Got medical request after two weeks, submitted medical next day and passed medical (cic account) 1 day later. Then after 1 week passport request came and submitted the passport the next day.
