Hi All,

If any one can help me with following questions :-

1. Proof of Identity - Do I need to provide her birth certificate or any other national identity document i.e PAn Card or Aadhar is fine

2.Proof of Relationship - My birth certificate has only my dad's name however few of my transcripts and Passport has my mom's name. Will these documents be accepted as a valid relationship proof.

3. Can we print the forms back to back after validating .

4. My mother is a housewife , so what shall I write in the intended occupation - shall I say N/A or just say House wife.

Any can one help from where can I get affidavit for BC as my birth certificate shows only mother's name only my dad's name and he is deceased.

Hi, thanks for the information, for ID proof I lost my aadhar card and I want to download it online can anyone suggest me how to do it online and how to get aadhar card update status.
