jan 2012 intake visa processing time ( education loan or own fund?)

hi i finished my medical fitness and i m waiting to aplly my visa for jan 2012 intake
which will be make the process fast
bcoz i heard
processing time for education loan = 15days
and processing time for own fund or other loan = 45 days
i dont have enough time to get an education loan
is it true if v show our own fund it will delay the process ?
pleas clarify my doubt

The time that have mentioned is only a suggested timeframe.If your application is strong enough(academics+financial condition)you can get it in as few as 1 day(there is guy named IAmWalrus who got it in 1 day).

Dont worry try to make ur application strong.Nothing can be dine about the academics.Try working or showing them a good financial background.That will ease ur worries considerably.

If you are applying under SPP your only bet is an education loan. And since Sept 2011, even under General Category a healthy preference has been given to an Education loan that covers atleast 80% of tuition +living + travel expenses for one academic year.

Normal education loans are available and can be processed within 10-20 days. Only problem is that most of the Banks do not offer loans for Certificate/Diploma courses. Try loan against FD, its quicker compared to other education loans.
