Not sure where to post this but I was hoping for some guidance. I am working in Canada under PGWP at a full time permanent job. No LMIA. I was selected under CEC. Under Work History -> Intended occupation in candada-> Do you have a job offer?

I initially selected yes for Express Entry pool. But I have been told to change this to no in the application for Permanent Residence because no LMIA was offered. Thus not generating a supporting document for Offer Letter.

The work history is listed in the next section. showing it's my current job in canada.

Please Advise. Should I select No or Yes to do I have a job offer. I am receiving no points for this.

Select no. I called cic cx srv to confirm if you dont have an LMIA, means its not a valid job offer, so select no even though you currently hv a job

Please advise should i decline my ITA and continue with paper base which will take around 14 months Or should cancel my paper base application.

start working on your PCC (which will take about 4 weeks ), collect reference letter,pay stubs ,t4 and such from employer , get medical date , Photographs etc.

Why do you assume that PCC will take about 4 weeks? My country gives you a PCC in 0 seconds at the consulate.

Guys, I have a question

I have one ineligible profile which never saw an ITA, In new profile I have answered "Yes" to the question "Has XXXX applied for Express Entry before? ". As I understand now that answer to this question should be No.

Can someone suggest what should I do in this case as I got ITA on Jan 11

yesterday I got my ITA, does it really matter if I my profile is about to expiry? or it has nothing to do with that?

I am going to list all trips. the start point is India and the end point will be ongoing in Ghana. Is my understanding correct

Is it true that not everyone above the score of 459 gets an ITA?
I am at 462 and I called CIC, they said it is not necessary that everyone gets an ITA.
I did not get mine still and now I am worried.
