Select no. I called cic cx srv to confirm if you dont have an LMIA, means its not a valid job offer, so select no even though you currently hv a jobAAALLL said:Hi there
Not sure where to post this but I was hoping for some guidance. I am working in Canada under PGWP at a full time permanent job. No LMIA. I was selected under CEC. Under Work History -> Intended occupation in candada-> Do you have a job offer?
I initially selected yes for Express Entry pool. But I have been told to change this to no in the application for Permanent Residence because no LMIA was offered. Thus not generating a supporting document for Offer Letter.
The work history is listed in the next section. showing it's my current job in canada.
Please Advise. Should I select No or Yes to do I have a job offer. I am receiving no points for this.
