Alright,

Is it possible to apply for EE and common-law at the same time??

I mean... applying for common-law sponsorship while in Express Entry pool.... My GF is a Canadian Citizen. We have been together for a long time, but I didn't think of common-law sponsorship before.. but since EE started, I don't see any hope to get PR through the EE..

I'm sitting on around 370, which most of CEC people including myself are sitting on... and my work permit expires November 2016.

Any help, advice or opinion please....

Yes.

FYI: To be common law you must have lived together continuously for at least one full year (and must be able to prove it through joint bills, utilities, rental agreements, etc.).

Thanks for your reply. Yes I know that.. We have been living together more than a year but I didn't prepare any document or something. so I might have to gather all I need from this point on... the thing is my permit expires Nov 2016...
