i've got a job offer now what?

Dear all,

i'm negotiating with a company located at BC , it seems to be i'm fitting their requirements and we are now in the hiring process. but a few things i don't understand here:

should i get the job offer firstly , update my express entry profile increase my points and wait for the next pool?

or what should happened next?

I've no idea what so ever about that!!!

please guide me if you have any related experiences or information
