It's TOO LATE- the draconian Bill C-24 is already LAW.

Hi folks,

Just to share with you that the conservatives' bad policy Bill-24 has been passed today (you can check openparlament.ca website).It will stop a lot of potential applicants including me in their tracks. It's such a sorry state as there have been absolutely no amendments to the original bill.
The only short term hope would be if it's stagered.

I think at this stage all future applicants should be joining forces to bring this monstererous legislation down by class action or something. I think an exclusive forum for future applicants can be one of the first steps in the right direction.

If you are planning to apply before July 2015 you wont be affected.

By year end most likely the 3/4 rule will still prevail
