It might go either ways. There are times when this has meant a rejection and there has been times when there has been some error or even tech snag.

So I suggest you wait to hear from the Visa Office.

God bless...keep faith :)

you will probably get a letter advising to wait for 6-12 months.

Beside all technical issues of e-case, if it appears rejection then your case might be short of 67 mandatory points. Even in that situation you have 30 days time to appeal.

So hurry up, send a case specific inquiry to VO thru their website. This will save your appeal start time, as it will start when you will get acknowledgment from VO.

Kindly please provide more information.
what is meaning of case specific inquiry. Is it email to London visa office or some thing separate procedure.
Secondly when 30 days start? from receiving letter or from letter sent date mentioned in decision made status.
Thirdly should we respond to VO through registered mail or through email by scanning additional documents etc.

If status changes directly from RBVO to decision made then more chances are that it is a system glitch. Shoot an email query to VO and show your concern. The decision made after processing started with processing date mentioned in ecas is confirm refusal.

hi rizwan, tho u have this query frm sunny, bt im still tryin to ans.
1. csq means: asking vo about the status of ur case.
2.its not 30, its 60 days n the process called judicial review, i have described jr in other thread of mine.
n time starts from the day of refusal letter issued from VO.
3. u can email them along additional docs in support of ur appliction.
its wise to send the docs thru registered mail as well.

i hope this info wud be of relevance n helpful to u.

plz correct me, if any body finds me wrong.

Is there no review procedure except judicial review. I definitely cannot afford it.

Case Specific Inquiry means - from LVO web site you have to send your question.

There is much confusion as when this 30 days period starts. Some say from the date letter is issued & some say from the day you start your info-exchange with VO. So you keep the first but it means if the letter takes 15 days to reach you then you only have 15 days to respond. So be careful!

There are various stages of appeal; Contesting VO decision with IAD, Judicial Review in Federal Court and Appeal in Supreme Court but most candidates shall not go to that level. I prefer, to send inquiry to Program Manager before all such stages and he / she will help.

@ sunny,

why are you confusing that poor fellow.

what do u know about appeals?

@rizwan

brother therz no such thing exist for refusal of federal skilled worker class.

plz get it straight.

1. u can only shoot a re-consideration letter to VO.
2. u can go for JR within 60 days of date of issue of refusal letter.

I request your goodself to acquire full fledged knowledge before guiding somebody.

god bless.
