Its official. FSW 2014 25,000 application cap reached

Hi guys, sorry to be the bearer of the bad news. But, received the application package for a client, file submitted on 29 dec. It says Your application was reached after the maximum of 25,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications was reached.


It may also be noted that another client (29 dec submission) was charged on March 1, 2015. SO I believe the cap was reached on 29th December itself.

Tough luck, unless CIC messed up the reason in refusal letter.

Will the CIC be returning all the unevaluated documents automatically?
Anybody knows?
Since some original documents are included in the 2014 application which will be needed for the express entry such as ECA and IELTS results...
