salam guys is there any uni in canada which is offer english language program for those students who doesnot meet the academic requirments and after the language program they can go for undergradute program??

Langara College in Vancouver also has a good ESL program. They offer many diploma, certificate and even degree programs and many use it as a stepping stone for later transfer to UBC or Simon Fraser.cljw31 said:

U may not get a visa with such a poor percentage and with no language proficiency at all. Visa officers go through applications as part of their job. I'm not sure with such a profile even if a college is willing to offer u an offer letter
Northern Lights college has a good English as a second language course in its Fort St John Campus i guess . I met a guy from china who is in Dawson creek campus now. He went for a ESL course first and he told me there were students from all around the world - China , India , Europe etc.
