its getting too late in getting visa

Hi, i have submitted my spp file for study permit in canada on 22 july'16, but still i did not get my visa. Is that any kind of negative sign regarding to visa?
 
post 10th july applicants are getting this week, but strangely august applicants are getting earlier. where is your passport being processed?
 
upto 18july application has been cleared,almost.
some august applicant get approval thoes who applied online..
remaining are 20th july to 1 aug applications which seems to be in decision within next week..

keep patience..
 
applied online on 21st july.....spp...from chd...my status shows my application has been cancelled..neither its a refusal nor its approval.....struck in between
