Hey guys....I'm in dire need of advice. So my spouse and I have been married for almost 3 years and we have a daughter, with another on the way. I filled out an inland sponsorship but was having problems in our relationship and cancelled it after an argument and then called them the next day to reverse the cancellation. Well, we had another argument and I cancelled it again.
Before cancelling though, my spouse had received a letter I believe asking what he has been doing for each month, because he has been residing here since 2012. And he is not eligible to work, as I was working on getting him the working visa with the application.
Is this a normal letter? If I do decide to do the application again I will have to reapply and submit a new application....Do you guys think I should go with a lawyer this time since it's a bit of a complicated case? Or should I just do it? Should I wait a certain amount of time? This happened about a year ago. Oh and my hubby tried applying on humanitarian grounds before I met him, but was denied. Do you guys still think he has a chance?
Thanks in advance!
