its been 3 months and still showing " in process"

hi all

it's been 3 months since my last update of "We started processing your application on xxx"

and still not showing they received my medical exam.

anyone had similar experience or is experiencing the same thing?

should i contact them ? im very worried.
 
Check 2016 spreadsheet in my banner. What visa office and country?

I think three months is normal and maybe longer, other than Ottawa visa office. Have you ordered GCMS notes?

I have had "In Process" since April 8th, so a little over 2 months. I haven't had any updates either; just the 2 lines in Ecas.

I'm at Ottawa Visa office as well which is supposed to be one of the fastest. Never have gotten an email from them. Only SA through snail mail.

Does yours sound similar to mine?

yeah.. mine is hongkong visa office ..looks like it's gonna be another few months waiting....

mine is hongkong office... i googled GCMS notes..so basically it shows what the immigration officers have commented on my file right?
 
I feel like we're in the same boat. I don't mind waiting but the lack of ANY updates is very worrying to me.

To me that shows that they haven't started working on it yet, but it could just be that some officers don't update ecas?
It would be nice if it just had an update like "we last worked on your file XXXXXX" or something.

You are correct. Gives you some insight on the processing of your files. Ordered mine too early (May) and it did not have much. Just ordered them again.

It's been a month and a half for us since my hubby did his medicals but Ecas hasn't updated yet. I'm not even sure if they got his results or not, Im starting to get worried here.
We have Manila Visa office.

Sorry for thread hijacking, but how long did the notes take to receive after submitting? Is a month accurate?

Up to 30 days is what I understand.

That is correct. 30 calendar days from the business day after you order the notes.

i totally agree

it was all fast at the beginning...now it's like im lost in the middle of nowhere...I don't know when they are going to update, every weekend when i check up , it's still the same..

I order new ones the day they come in. I'm currently waiting on the 3rd set. Application been at SVO since mid April.

I feel what you are saying. We are in that limbo period where there is not much news. It is difficult especially when we were getting news about AORs and SA.
