It's been 1 year since I submitted all my docs to cic (after I received ITA)

Hey guys

I have submitted my application 1 year back for the PR. I got ITA in Dec 2016 and submitted my application in march 2017. I haven't got reply since then. I have submitted webform couple of times but no meaningful answer by cic. Once they replied that my application is with Delhi office and then I have submitted webform to Delhi office too but again no reply from them. I am getting impatient now coz all my life decisions are on hold coz of this application is in process. Any idea what else I can do to know status on my application?
